Native Yoga

Yoga in the Tradition of The Himalayan Sages

The essence of yoga is to be truly present with our entire being.

Yoga gives us the skillful means to experience our world with grace, ease and joy. Practice leads us to delight in the experience.
Our practice teaches us to cultivate gratitude for the gifts of embodiment.

The skills we attain, present moment awareness, flexibility in body and mind and the discipline to focus on the inherent gifts of being, invite ease.
When we practice present moment awareness, we increase our capacity to witness our experiences without the suffering caused by judgment and attachment.

Private, Group and Corporate Classes are available upon request.

"If you can breathe, you can do yoga.
All bodies and abilities are welcome!"

Circle Yoga Studio classes held Wednesdays at Circle Yoga.
Cinema Wood

Cinema WoodCinema loves the art of yoga. She believes in the medicine of movement and has been fortunate to find initiated teachers of an unbroken, beautiful lineage to guide her along the path. She met her Master Teacher Pandit Rajmani Tigunait in 2003.

Rooted in a rigorous tantric tradition, Cinema is committed to sharing all of the limbs of yoga. Her classes are influenced by her work as a writer, her passion for dance and her mixed African, European and Indigenous North American heritage. Cinema blends movement and meditation, poetry and stillness. Her classes are infused with a lighthearted and laid back sense of pace merged with a disciplined and wholehearted focus on the unappropriated message of the Vedas.
